%X The safety monitoring work for dams in China is inadequately informatized with mono-function of software in lack of professional and technical personnel. In view of this, we designed and developed a management and analysis system for dam safety monitoring data based on cloud platform. The system has functions of intelligent perception, cloud management, professional analysis, monitoring and early warning of dam safety monitoring data. We expound the technical framework, functional framework and key technologies of the system. The system is proved of good application prospect by remarkably improving the management and analysis level of safety monitoring data in more than ten large-and-medium-sized hydropower projects.
