基于像元尺度光谱匹配方法的江苏皂河灌区实际灌溉面积遥感监测

Remote sensing monitoring of irrigated area in Zaohe Irrigation District of Jiangsu Province based on pixel-scale spectral matching method

摘要:

灌溉面积是有效实施农业节水所需的基础性数据,传统调查统计方式已经不能满足当前灌溉面积监测需要。本文融合GF-1与Sentinel-2卫星影像,构建作物生育期的样本光谱,基于像元尺度光谱匹配方法协同提取江苏省宿迁市皂河灌区2017-2022年作物种植结构及实际灌溉面积。结果显示,皂河灌区的主要种植模式为水稻小麦轮作;灌区2017-2022年实际灌溉面积分别为12.76万亩、13.78万亩、15.54万亩、14.37万亩、14.65万亩、13.23万亩。基于样本点利用混淆矩阵对提取的实际灌溉面积结果进行精度验证,总体精度为89.71%,kappa系数为0.80,监测结果精度较高且提取效果优于目前公开产品中精度较高的IrriMap_Syn产品及IWMI产品。该方法适用于南方灌区实际灌溉面积提取,可为灌区管理部门日常监管、优化水资源配置等提供技术与数据支持。

Abstract:

Irrigated area is the basic data required for the effective implementation of agricultural water conservation, and the traditional survey and statistical methods can no longer meet the current monitoring needs of irrigated area. In this paper, GF-1 and Sentinel-2 satellite images are fused to construct the sample spectrum of crop growth period. Based on the pixel-scale spectral matching method, the crop planting structure and actual irrigated area of Zaohe irrigation district in Suqian city, Jiangsu province from 2017 to 2022 are synergistically extracted. The results showed that the main planting pattern in the Zaohe irrigation district was rice-wheat rotation. The irrigated areas of the four crops in the irrigation area from 2017 to 2022 were 12.76, 13.78, 15.54, 14.37, 14.65 and 13.23 million mu, respectively. Based on the sample points, the confusion matrix is used to verify the accuracy of the extracted irrigated area results., and the overall accuracy was 89.71%, and the kappa coefficient was 0.80, indicating that the accuracy of the monitoring results is high, and the extraction effect is better than that of IrriMap_Syn products and IWMI products with high accuracy among the currently disclosed products. This method is suitable for extracting the irrigated area in the southern irrigation area, and can provide technical and data support for the daily supervision of the irrigation district management department and the optimization of water resource allocation.
